HOW OUR DE-AERIATION PROCESS WORK
Product Feeding

Transition to Weighing System

Product flows through weighers where the correct amount is dispensed into each bag based on the required weight.
Dual-Probe De-Aeration Process

The product is introduced to the dual-probe lance system.

The lance is designed to effectively eliminate air without disturbing the powder's structure.

As the product moves through the lance system, excess air is efficiently removed, resulting in reduced product volume.
Air-Free Consistency

The removal of air ensures the product maintains a consistent density while improving bag stability and compactness.

This process also significantly reduces dust in the surrounding area, ensuring a cleaner and more controlled environment.
Automatic Bagging and Airtight Bag Closure

After de-aeration, the product moves to the automatic bagger.

This bagging system is designed to handle flat bags, ensuring a precise and uniform filling of each bag.
Air-Free Consistency

The filled bags are then sealed. Beyond the traditional sewing method, your machine also supports a "pinch-top" system for paper bags, which creates an airtight seal.

The airtight seal prevents contamination during both the bagging process and storage, addressing issues that can arise with valve bag systems.

This system results in bags that are not only airtight but also have a neatly squared, geometric shape for optimal stacking.
High-Speed Solution for Palletizing
Vibration and Air-Evacuation

The filled bags move to the vibration and air-evacuation system, which further optimizes the product’s density inside the bag. This process ensures that the product is evenly distributed within the bag.
